Terrible business, somewhat good customer service

Ordered this skirt to wear to a concert in Puerto Rico. I purchased on a Wednesday hoping to receive by Monday. I paid for priority shipping and the order was never shipped. Customer service was quick to respond but then did not hear back again until I followed up once more the following day. I wouldn't recommend ordering from here.
